An ill omen.

Alexander MacLeod. Is walking the streets of York. He suddenly stops and takes a defensive stance. His hand going for his sword. He looks to the east then begins you walk on guard west as if expecting something to happen.

::As he walks, occasionally a jug or other object is knocked to the ground, and an odd chill accompanies it. There is no wind. People walking on the street cross themselves and make symbols against the evil eye, if they don't rush indoors.::

Alexander walks up to any slower moving people and help rush them inside while keeping an eye on the western path.

"Hurry. get inside it's not safe out here."

::Almost as quickly as it starts, the mayhem ceases. The chill leaves, and objects and people stop being tossed about.::

::After a short time, giric will arrive, seeing Macleod he will head towards him::

"Is everything alright? I heard there was some sort of commotion. Evil spirits or something. What happened?"

He walks over to an empty corner. He his a sign to be quiet.

"What's wrong why are you running?"

He says to mid air.

"Yes I can hear you."

Shortly after men were ushered out of the area, Father Simon arrives, trailed by a few townsfolk and a small group of knights from the Order. He observes the interaction and following conversation, but does not interfere. Instead he speaks to any onlookers, calmly ushering them out of the area and issuing fatherly benedictions to follow the Lord.

::Upon being ignored Giric will walk over to Simon, speaking low to not be overheard by his men::

"I am not sure what is wrong with Macleod, he seems to be talking to the air and considering the air is what caused the ruckus I don't know what to think of it all."

Indeed. Perhaps he is touched, or perhaps he sees something we do not. Who is this?

You may be right. I believe his name is Alexander MacLeod, a member of clan Brujah who has recently traveled to York. He is an englishman, despite his name and accent.

::There is a sudden and sharp drop in temperature, that radiates from the spot Macleod is talking to. A second later, a figure flickers, appearing to be straining very hard, but then disappears.::

"So there is someone he is talking to, that is good I suppose."

::Approaching Macleod::

"What's wrong with that... man? Anything we can do to help?"

::The temperature eventually goes back to normal, and the figure does not appear again that night.::
