Those who already hold lands or wish to pursue a new claim should submit a report of their estate.

::Kendra steps forward:: There is a convent just north west of this building, it is abandoned and the locals believe it to be haunted. Many terrible things happened there, not by my hand, but I seized upon this opportunity and took it for myself. Two barons have both seen to grant me this property, or ignore the fact I have it. I wish it remain in my hands.

Just a scant hundred paces outside the city walls, the building has walls of its own though they are in need of repair, as well as woods that no mortal would foolishly enter.

Very well. I would prefer York and its surroundings remain the personal domain of the Prince. Yet you have lived many years in this area, and I wish to issue over a small plot of land. I will grant you this Boon.

I own quite a bit of land in Hull and its outskirts. The deceased Viscountess was not the only one with holdings there.

Marius' Ghoul Bernard, who sits in on many meetings at the University when his Domitor is home at the Abbey, clears his throat. He waits an inordinate amount of time before speaking, just in case any Cainites wish to cut him off, he's helpful like that.

Tell me a bit more of yourself. What are you doing here in Yorkshire? I have not seen you as often as some others. I must know you a bit more before dealing with land grants.

To clarfiy, the comment was made to include Lady Isabella as well as the rest of the room. The ghoul himself was not directly acknowledged.

I serve the Prince of Tara as ambassador and factor to the court of Avalon. I have maintained a home here since the time of the good baron (insert name here, but the one before last whose name currently escapes me ooc) as it makes for minimally inconvenient travel to most of this island's baronies and principates. I do travel frequently however, both to advise my prince in person and to convey his good graces to those he desires. I have a smaller dwelling in londinium itself for when I must attend the high courts there.

That quite aside, I have less practical reasons: Yorkshire, on average, is more civilized and welcoming than the Marchers and your political scene more active. I've several distant relatives amongst the Kine here as well.

Your grace, I would like to lay claim to Tadcaster, southwest of York. To my knowledge no one has laid any claim and I am hoping no Cainites have.
