XP Banking Empty XP Banking

Players are able to bank 1 xp per month for their next character, this means that their current character doesn't gain that xp, and their new character will be given that xp.

In order to bank this XP it must be stated in a downtime report with the ST email bloodofavalonsts@gmail.com
