The Warlock of Harrogate [Mortal]

There is a tale of an old Hermit who lives alone outside of the town of Harrogate.
It is said, he is a practitioner of the Dark Arts, a master at it really. It comes from his unholy coupling with the Devil, through sodomy.
In typical fashion he makes the people of many towns dance, twisting them into evil carnal lustful seekers of pleasure and depravity. Also they don't like the crown!
Some who have fallen afoul of him say he called himself a Knight. But there is no Knight who meets his description.....who is this foul man!?
