Farsight. Read book for description of power.

Other supernaturals with similar powers could see and possibly interact with someone using Farsight if their power mirrored its effect or had some other ability to trace powers of observation. This is a case by case basis and the power in question should be of similar strength or make sense as to why it is able to do so.
