If a weapon has been implanted with Auspex 4, does that mean the holder can see through obfuscate as if they had Auspex 4?

Do powers that require a WP to activate only cost a blood once they have been placed in a weapon? What about trait expendatures. If a power already costs a blood do you need to spend a blood for the power as well as a blood to activate the weapon?

How exactly does the mundane practice of creating a masterpiece weapon allow the wielder to cast fireballs, or grow claws, or summon a shadow void? I don't object to magical weapons in the game, but is there a metaphysical explanation for such power?

Question 1. Yes, if they have it, they can see through it but would require they use the weapons power for the one time that session.

Question 2. No, just a blood to activate, nothing else is needed

Question 3. Vampires with the level of crafting that can create such items are normally ancient and powerful beings with nearly god like abilities in some aspects. Putting part of themselves into the item (the cost of willpower to create the item) allows the item to take one some of the spiritual essence of Cain into it, or Lilith if you go that route...
