What is this Rumors Stuff

So the rumors board, to clarify for everyone, is not a conversation your character is literally standing next to and hearing, and should be able to interact with.

It's a general TYPE of conversation, designed to get the look and feel of the word rambling around. You would have hear it through mortal contacts, secondhand at a clan meeting, hanging with your bros, that sort of thing.

I'm stealing the way other games handles it, as in it's posted via an ST. If someone wants to start a vicious rumor, let me know, and it'll work its way through and end up likely distorted and fully rumoresque.
